We Ride for Her Documentary

This Tuesday, January 21, at 6:30pm, we encourage members to attend the screening of “We Ride for Her,” a 20-minute documentary about missing and murdered indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people.  Guest speaker Marta Lu Clifford, Chinook, Cree, Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, will talk after the film. Marta Lu is an elder-in-residence at UO and co-founder of illioo Native Theater, which produces Native, First Nations, and Indigenous theater and spoken word.

 

The WE RIDE FOR HER screening is 6:30 pm Tuesday, Jan. 21, at Unitarian Universalist Church, 1685 West 13th Avenue. FREE
